ASL Classes Going Live

Health & Healing Workshops

ThinkSelf is hosting two small ASL-interpreted workshops: A sugar scrub class on May 11th at Kobi Co., and a community acupuncture session on June 15th at Minnesota Integrative Health Studio. All are welcome to come to these workshops to practice self care and promote healing and community support for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Join us and build new connections. Limited to 10 attendees for the sugar scrub class, and 6 for the Community Acupuncture, so register soon!

A Minnesota license plate designed to raise awareness about Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives. The plate features a profile of an Indigenous woman on the left with red and yellow detailing, symbolizing the urgency and importance of the issue. The background is a sleek black with the text "Minnesota" prominently displayed at the top and a specialized designation at the bottom stating "Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives." The license plate numbers are shown as "0000AA0" in a demonstration format.

The new MMIR plate features a red handprint, which symbolizes the historic silencing of the violence that Indigenous people have faced for generations and the dedication to hearing those voices moving forward. The ribbon skirt includes the sacred colors (red, white, yellow and black) of the four directions: north, south east and west.​
