As Operations Manager, C.T. is responsible for all of the Financial and Human Resources aspects for ThinkSelf, Inc. C.T. believes accurate and transparent fiscal management is crucial to the success of organizations, especially small independent nonprofits looking to grow and expand.
C.T. previously spent nearly 5 years working at the National Association of the Deaf (NAD); he owes his business and accounting experience to NAD and remains thankful for the opportunity to work there while starting out in his career. C.T.’s passion for non-profit work began with his time at NAD and continues to this day.
C.T. holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Gallaudet University. In his free time, he enjoys raising his two children, Liev & Vida, playing softball for the Blue Sox, and watching every sport possible on TV.
CT: “I was identified as deaf at age 1, and my parents immediately sent me to ASL classes. I believe in full accessibility, and that includes working in an environment where ASL is an essential form of communication.”
