Access Lawsuit against Metro Transit
ThinkSelf sponsored a community forum regarding Mr. Barry Segal’s lawsuit and eventual settlement with Metro Transit. During this meeting, Barry and his attorneys explained the issue, the proposed solutions, and the eventual change Metro Transit enacted as a result. Mr. Segal’s parting words?
“Don’t give up, don’t settle, and don’t be Minnesota Nice. Be assertive and stand up for your rights as a disabled person.”
