Full Time Adult Education/Teacher/Coordinator
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Full-Time Adult Education Teacher/Coordinator at ThinkSelf, Inc. This role is perfect for passionate and experienced educators committed to making a difference in the lives of Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing adults.
As an AE Teacher/Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality instruction in core areas such as English literacy and mathematics, while also providing essential life skills education, including American Sign Language, employability, and financial literacy. This position offers a blend of direct service and administrative responsibilities, with a competitive salary range of $50,000-$70,000 depending on qualifications.
Our ideal candidate will have advanced fluency in ASL, experience in Deaf education, and a strong commitment to social and racial justice. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree, and at least two years of relevant experience.
