Flying Into Spring…
Spring is a season of change. The snow melts, the ground softens, and what once looked frozen and lifeless begins to grow again.
Since January, many of us have been navigating a lot of… well, let’s call it what it is… Mess. Policies shifting overnight. Funding uncertainties. Communities feeling the ripple effects of decisions made far from the places where people are doing the real work of learning, healing, and building their futures.
At ThinkSelf, we see how this lands on our learners, participants, and staff every day. When systems become unstable, it’s the people already working the hardest to move forward who often feel it first. But if winter teaches us anything, it’s that dormancy is not defeat – it’s preparation.
Even in uncertain seasons, growth is happening. Our learners continue to show up with courage and determination. Our staff keep creating spaces of trust, skill-building, and connection. And our community continues to remind us that when we invest in people, resilience takes root.
Spring reminds us that change is constant, but so is renewal. Seeds planted in difficult seasons still bloom.
At ThinkSelf, we’re holding onto that hope. And together, we’re continuing the work of helping people grow toward the futures they deserve.
